Building Awareness, Ensuring Accountability: POSH Session at NCPOR.

NCPOR organised a POSH sensitisation training for its Internal Committee members on 20 February 2026, reinforcing its commitment to a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace.

The insightful session was led by Mrs. Prajakta Harmalkar, Certified DEI & POSH Specialist, Middlee Earth HR. She was felicitated with a token of appreciation by NCPOR Director, Dr. Thamban Meloth, in recognition of her valuable contribution.
