September 2025: Received Young Polar Scientist Award for work entitled "Teleconnections between Arctic sea ice and Indian Summer Monsoon Rainfall: Observational and Model Perspectives" under the theme Sea ice Variability and modelling in the National Conference on Polar Sciences (NCPS) during 17th -19th September 2025 at National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research (NCPOR), Goa.

April 2025: Awarded with the Outstanding Early Career Research Award 2024 by the National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research, Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES) on the occasion of the NCPOR 25th Foundation Day Silver Jubilee Celebration.

December 2024: Received an opportunity to participate in the International Internship Program hosted by National Institute of Polar Research (NIPR) Tachikawa, Tokyo, Japan. The Fellowship offered to visit NIPR from December 2 to 17, 2024.

March 2024: received Early Career Research Fellow Award for the Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research Physical Science Group (PSG) by the Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research.

August 2023: Received Best Oral Presentation Award for the work entitled "Investigating the Teleconnection between Spring Arctic Sea ice and Indian Summer Monsoon Rainfall" presented at the Eighth National Conference of the Ocean Society of India (OSICON 2023) hosted by INCOIS Hyderabad during 23rd - 25th August 2023. The presentation was done in the combined session of Marine Geology and Geophysics and Polar Science and Cryosphere Studies.

May 2023: Received Best Poster Presentation Award for work entitled "Investigating the Role of Atmospheric Forcing on the Unprecedented Decline of Antarctic Sea Ice in February 2022" under the theme Sea ice Variability and modelling in the National Conference on Polar Sciences (NCPS) during 16th -19th May 2023 at National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research (NCPOR), Goa.

March 2022: Received Korea Polar Research Institute Fellowship (KOPRI) Award 2022 Program hosted by the Korea Polar Research Institute (KOPRI) under the category of Early Career Researcher from the Asian country on the proposed research on "Investigating the Impacts of Arctic Sea ice loss Over Indian Summer Heatwaves in Recent Decades".

August 2021: Received Best Paper Award for the work entitled " Sea-ice in the Weddell Sea sector of West Antarctica: Insights from ocean atmospheric forcing" presented during the Seventh National Conference of the Ocean Society of India OSICON-21 held online, under the theme of Polar Science and Cryosphere Studies during 12-14 August 2021.

August 2019: Received Young Polar Scientists Award for Oral presentation entitled Inter-decadal Variability of Arctic Sea Ice extent trends: Interaction from Ocean-Atmosphere coupled mechanism in National Conference on Polar Sciences during August 20-22nd 2019 at National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research (NCPOR), Goa.

December 2018: Awarded with Junior Research Fellowship (UGC-JRF) and Assistant Professor in the examination conducted by the National Test Agency, University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (NET)
