Antarctic ice core studies (Project - PACER Cryosphere and Climate): 

  • To understand Antarctic climate variability/change during the past millennium. 

Dynamics of Antarctic ice shelf and ice rises (Project - PACER Cryosphere and Climate):

  • To study ice shelf dynamics, ice rise stability, current mass balance and its evolution in the coastal region of the central Dronning Maud Land, East Antarctica

Himalayan Cryospheric Observations and Modelling (Project - PACER Cryosphere and Climate):

  • To study benchmark glaciers and hydrological balance of Indian Himalaya, with focus on the Chandra basin (Western Himalaya).
