World Meteorological Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at India’s Bharati Station in Antarctica. The event, organised by IMD meteorologists Mrs. Aarti Gupta and Ms. Anu George, featured engaging activities including poster and drawing competitions, a quiz, and nature photography—sparking creativity while highlighting the vital role of weather and climate in our lives. The celebration concluded with prize distribution by the 45th ISEA Station Leader, Mr. Varun Dongre, applauding the participants and organisers. The event reinforced our shared responsibility to understand and protect our planet.
