Rashtriya Karmayogi Training Programme

As part of the Government of India’s Mission Karmayogi, the National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research (NCPOR), Goa, successfully conducted the 1-day Rashtriya Karmayogi Training Programme for its first batch on 5 February 2026. The programme focused on building a future-ready, citizen-centric civil service through competency-based learning, ethics, and innovation. The training was attended by 36 participants and facilitated by Ms. Sahina Gazi, Mr. Ajeet Kumar, Mr. Abhishek Tyagi, and Mr. Ravinder Singh.

The second and third batches of the Rashtriya Karmayogi Training Programme were successfully conducted on 10th and 11th February 2026 under Mission Karmayogi. The programme emphasised competency-based learning, ethics, and innovation, and saw the participation of 53 officers. The training sessions were facilitated by Ms Sahina Gazi, Mr Ajeet Kumar, Mr Abhishek Tyagi, and Mr Ravinder Singh.
