The AFoPS Annual General Meeting 2025 (19th - 20th September 2025) commenced in Goa, India. Organised by the National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research (NCPOR) under the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India. The meeting was formally opened with welcome remarks by Dr. Thamban Meloth, Chair AFoPS & Director NCPOR. Over the next two days , the forum will bring together Asian nations to advance polar research, enhance collaboration, and promote shared scientific progress.
