The Chief Guest Dr. M. Ravichandran, Secretary, MoES, applauded NCPOR for spearheading NCPS and emphasized the need to strengthen India’s polar science, infrastructure, and manpower in line with  Viksit Bharat 2047.  He also called for greater international collaboration, reinforcing India’s growing presence on global polar platforms.
