The Indian delegation, led by Dr. Thamban Meloth, Director NCPOR, included Dr. Vijay Kumar and Dr. Vandana Chaudhary from MoES, and Dr. Rahul Mohan and Dr. Anoop Tiwari from NCPOR.India intervened and appreciated the efforts of The Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research on IP23, its advice to ATCM parties, and the critical role of #Antarctica in the context of climate change.
