On World Oceans Day2025, Dr. Rahul Mohan-Scientist G & Group Director (Polar Sciences), delivered an invited talk at CSIR-National Institute of Oceanography, Goa titled "Where Oceans Meet: The Southern Ocean and Its Global Role." He highlighted the Southern Ocean’s pivotal influence on Earth’s climate and ocean health.
