NCPS 2023 commenced on 16th May 2023 with the sea-ice modeling and observation workshop. Dr. Raghu Murtugudde, IIT Bombay delivered the keynote lecture on the role of sea-ice in global climatic variability. About six lectures including 02 online have been delivered by the expert.
