Superannuation Ceremony | Sh. Ganesh Chandvale

NCPOR bids a warm farewell on superannuation to Sh. Ganesh Madan Chandvale, Scientific Assistant (Southern Ocean Group), after nearly 27 years of dedicated service (21 October 1999 – 31 July 2026).

As one of the earliest employees joining following the establishment of NCAOR (now NCPOR), Sh. Chandvale has been a pioneering force behind our marine research and ocean exploration initiatives. His commitment and technical expertise in Research Vessel Operations, Seabed Mapping,  Southern Ocean Program have played a crucial role in advancing India's ocean science endeavours. 
We extend our deepest gratitude to Sh. Chandvale for his exemplary service and wish him good health, happiness, and a fulfilling, peaceful retirement life ahead.
