Dr. Manish Tiwari, Scientist-F & Group Director (Arctic Operations), NCPOR, presented his research on the application of Machine Learning in paleoceanography at the 30th Indian Colloquium on Micropaleontology and Stratigraphy (ICMS), being held from 10–12 June 2026 at the School of Earth, Ocean and Climate Sciences, IIT Bhubaneswar.
The presentation highlighted innovative applications of data-driven techniques to reconstruct past ocean and climate variability, reflecting NCPOR's continued efforts to advance frontier research in paleoclimate and Earth system science.
